Canderel - syns in grams

Hi there

I know that 1 tablespoon of red canderel is 1/2 syn, but wondered if anybody knew the syn value for weight as opposed to quantity? Eg how many syns per 10g etc?

I find that that if you weigh 15g it is more than a tablespoon. It was a question I want to ask at class Today. I will try and remember. If I get a decent reply I will let you know.
