Canderel...

Hello All,

I really hope this answer is a yes!!!
As its getting colder and hot drinks are becoming more and more tempting..especially after standing in the cold for a cheeky ciggie break. I don't mind having black tea....BUT are we allowed one canderel???
Or is it best to have 'splenda'?? Only asking as the canderek tablets are alot more convenient!!

you are ok to use sweetener as long as its in tablet form not powder

i use sweetex and i dont think it's made much difference, i did post about using milk and a lot of members are allowing themselves to have a dash of milk (I'm keeping it to one coffee or tea with milk a day). Pretty much everyone agreed that it didn't make a difference as far as they could see. I was terrified of screwing up my diet by doing the wrong thing but so far it seems fine!
