was fully expecting a gain this week as ive had a couple of binges this week and ate loads of food and feeling very guilty in general. weigh in today and lost 3 lbs! very happy, been having lots of water and superspeed foods.. happy girl :)
Well done! You must've done something right. Just goes to show this is a sustainable plan and once we're at target we can do what thin people do, have an occasional binge and then get right back to being healthy.

thank you all so much, im very pleased and youre right its a great plan to follow, i shant be doing anything else for sure. have been away for a while have a house full of sick people (bar me - supermum lol) very very tired zzz
