im going through such a rough time at the moment for the last 2 wks iv cheated so much :cry:eek:nly with silly things like piece cheese pieces of ham chicken blah blah dont know whats wrong with me i have been so focused but my willpower seems to have just disapeared im at my wits end dont want to come off it but dont know how to carry on anymore :copon:i have not been on forum much lately been having probs with my lap top and i really think not having the support from you gang has not helped....arghhh! its driving me nuts!!:break_diet:x x

you weight loss is amazing I dont know if having a break or sticking with it is the best answer. maybe just looking at old photos and then looking in the mirror might be enough to motivate you

or how much better you feel in yourself or having more energy whatever gives you the boost to keep going in the right direction

maybe try 2 shakes and a protein meal for a while you should still lose just more slowly

whatever you decide i hope it works out and i am sure you will get loads of support from everyone else

Just take it one day at a time. You've done fantastically well so far. Maybe take the weekend to refocus and start Monday ?

If your head is not in the right place to diet then you are just wasting money.......yes you are cheating but its not been major....if you think you can start afresh today with no picking then go for it.
But if not maybe have a few days break to get yourself sorted then go for it big time.......I know how hard it is and I have only just got my mind into dieting the last few days .....so today is the day I start my diet.

We are all here for you hun.....x

Well if your laptop is fixed then get on here, morning, noon and night for the next week! Get one weigh in under your belt and you will be back on track! You are doing fab. You HAVE the willpower. You CAN do this. The last week or two has been a blip. Nothing more.

So start now! When you feel the urge to eat come on here. We love ya hun and you are doing this for you!

You definately need to be on the mindset that there is to be NO cheating on this all or nothing LT regime. If your heart isnt in it, I would really consider doing something else, such a SW until you feel ready to take the plunge once and for all. I would hate to see you keep beating yourself up over this, maybe it not your time.

to be honest it sounds like at the minute you arnt in the right frame of mind to be doing this diet. You need to go at it full steam ahead.

have a think about whether you really want to do this and if you do go for it. no picking, no eating, no cheating!!! (remember, eatings cheating!)

Ok, stop right where you are if you are anywhere near that fridge. No excuses now, the laptop is fixed, you dont need that chicken, ham, cheese etc, because you have your lovely 3 shakes a day that you can alter the flavours by adding different ingredients.

Look at your losses so far - do you really want to throw that away, because you could so easily just put all that weight back on hun.

AS from now - NO PICKING. Get back on those shakes girl, back on this forum, and if the urge comes upon you again, make a promise you will post on here before anything other than lipotrim, teas, coffees and water goes in that mouth.

I said,............make a promise -----I cant hear ya yet!!

thanks everyone for the butt kicking i had a blow out last night went out got drunk had a ball got told all night how fab i looked everyone praised me to high heaven, so today i am bk in the mindset i am ready to go for it again i was so happy with all the praise i got last night i felt great so i just want to keep going now!!! so thanks for your support folks its much apprieciated. xxxxxxx
