Can't find the motivation

Hello All.

Well I'm at week 5 of CD and have lost a total of 26lbs - figured now is the time to start some exercise, but I just don't know what and when I'll have the time, I work 7 days a week at the moment and my hours are a little crazy, I used to go to a gym every morning at 7am but I moved house and it's too far to travel to that one, I have a new gym but feel so self consious when I go in there, how can I get a grip!! Help :eek:

Why do you feel self-conscious going to your new gym? You should be proud of yourself for losing 26 lbs so far! I find most people at the gym are too busy worrying about themselves to be paying much attention to anyone else. If you could just start out 3 times per week, doing 30 mins each time, would that help you get back in the swing of it and help you get more comfortable there?

ChristieK I think you're right about the gym, I just need to set some time in my diary going to schedule some dates in next week.

Tryer I love walking but it's just a tad to cold and dark at the moment - Think I might plan one in for a sunday afternoon.
