Loves Porridge
Hello All.
Well I'm at week 5 of CD and have lost a total of 26lbs - figured now is the time to start some exercise, but I just don't know what and when I'll have the time, I work 7 days a week at the moment and my hours are a little crazy, I used to go to a gym every morning at 7am but I moved house and it's too far to travel to that one, I have a new gym but feel so self consious when I go in there, how can I get a grip!! Help
