I feel like that too, I was so rigid last week, had my weigh in, lost 1.5lb which was happy with. Then came home and ate entire tube of peanut m&ms. Next day I stuffed a load of chocs on my mouth, and yest as well as more chocs, a kit Kat I also had an entire tube of malteasers! Good news is they are now gone (except chocolates themselves - still have loads of them)
