trying to upload a picture for my profile but cant seem to do it, keeps saying it failed??? Is it too big, how do I make it 'smaller'......???/ xxxxx (Loose weight!??)

That really made me chuckle!

I'm sure the photo function isn't weight dependant. How are you uploading the photo? If you are at a computer, you can either crop the photo and re-save or if you have MS Picture Manager (most Microsoft packages carry it now) you can use the 'Compress picture' function.
