Hi guys. I'm Cara. Started my first ever diet back in February on pro point. I stayed on WW until June at which point I had lost 1 st 9lb, from a start weight of 12st 2lb. I then switched to slimming world as I felt with all the exercise I was doing WW wasnt working for me anymore, I then lost a further 11lb before calling goal and stopped dieting. I maintained this from the end of july up until about 6 weeks ago and have now gained 6lb. So I am starting out again, exercise free as I currently have no time, with WW at 10st 1lb. Hoping to get down to 9st this time so wish me luck.
