ProPoints Cara's Food Diary.... 2nd time round

    Hi guys. I'm Cara. Started my first ever diet back in February on pro point. I stayed on WW until June at which point I had lost 1 st 9lb, from a start weight of 12st 2lb. I then switched to slimming world as I felt with all the exercise I was doing WW wasnt working for me anymore, I then lost a further 11lb before calling goal and stopped dieting. I maintained this from the end of july up until about 6 weeks ago and have now gained 6lb. So I am starting out again, exercise free as I currently have no time, with WW at 10st 1lb. Hoping to get down to 9st this time so wish me luck.

    Day 1 food diary

    B: 2 x weetabix (3) apple with milk (I make a daily allowance below) 1/2 spoon sugar (0 - included below)

    Milk for the day, 350ml 1% milk (4)

    L: Jacket spud (6), half tin beans (4) some light cheese (3) side salad (0) with 25g Extra light salad cream (1)

    Snack: 2 x after eights (2)

    4 x cup of tea with 5 (added 1 for earlier) x 1/2 spoon sugar (2)

    D: chicken breast (6) in cherry tomato, garlic, chilli & tarragon sauce (0) and 6oz cooked basmati rice (7)

    Total 38 PP

    Weekly total = 44 remain
