Carb counting?

Hi, I'm a couple of wks off food yet but am trying to get my head around how it works.

Do you carb count? If so, how? Carb counter book/app? how many carbs do you try to stick to?

If you don't carb count, do you just know what foods to have? Do you guess it?

I've no clue at the moment!
 
You purchase food sackets and you have any 3 per day. Each pack is roughly 200 calories each so per day you are consuming 600 calories per day. You dont eat food.
 
Thanks stepz, I've got the packs and have started but am planning to do working solution in a couple of weeks. :)

Take a look on the exante site for WS meal ideas but basically stick to a max of 400 cal for the meal and keep it low carb. There are no limits set on the carbs allowed I'm guessing because we all have different thresholds but you'll want to stay in ketosis so stay as low as poss with lean protein and green veg / salad there's also a WS recipe thread around here somewhere
