Carbs in a bar?

Hey Liz, got my bars here.

The malt toffee (and i believe the choc r the same) are as follows

172 kcals a bar, and 24.7 carbs

The Peanut (again i believe the cranberry r the same are as follows

175 kcals a bar, and 12.8 carbs

As a pose 2 sachets (ive got a oriental chilli box here)

138 kcals, and 14.2 carbs

Just want to weigh up my options (excuse the pun ;).)
Have you found your weight loss slowed since starting the bars?

My weight loss slowed down when I started the bars as I'm carb sensitive according to my CDC but everyone is different. You can always give them a go, see how they sit with you and your weight loss and see how it goes from there.
If you give them a go, enjoy (I love the peanut one so I'm gutted I can't have them)!

But the peanut / cranberry bars have fewer carbs than the shakes / soups kelly :confused:

Yeah less carb, more calories. I havent really noticed 2 b honest liz, as ive done them right from the start. They save me from wanting chocolate, so thats y i keep having them. Im sticking 2 the peanut ones this week 2 c tho. Same as Kelly, the toffee r my fave, although the peanut r lovely!!! The first week or 2 u loose water, so it may be an idea 2 leave them till week 3, try i week with bars, next week without and see. It may save u from picking, which will obv b better. Just remember if u do have the bars u have 2 drink extra water, same as the tetras.

Give them a try, theyre lovely! lol
