Carbs in cereal .. help me guys! lol

Just done the maths ....

Now, for my jordans cereal a 50g serving with skimmed milk (suggested on packet) its 252calories and 36.7g carbs.

For 50g oats, with 12g raisens and 100ml semi skimmed milk its 249calories and 43.5g carbs.

I think just because of the carb thing im guna stick to my jordans cereal. Although it has a bit more sugar (i think ... i didnt check actually) this will leave room for if i decide to have some bread/pasta for lunch or dinner :)
 
But your Jordans will have the raisins/nuts etc. already counted in?

I find 50g of just oats very heavy (and quite a big amount?), and prefer to mix it up a bit with some weetabix or shredded wheat to add fibre, plus some nuts or dried fruit (though not so much of that as I prefer the 'crunchy' feeling)?
