No I don't think so. Some of the bars also state that they're not suitable for induction so don't forget to check!

i found this info on atkins.com site on allowed foods???? i know the bars arent all suitable for induction but the wording is misleading then. take a look or can someone else confirm either way, must get it right, dont want to spoil things lol!

You have to count the net carbs in your 20g allowance. I'd also have to say I would advise against having two bars a day or even one every day. They have such a bad rep amongst Atkins users that a nutritionist recently had to defend them on Atkins uk forums because all newbies were being advised to avoid them entirely which is also my preference.

I do use the RTD chocolate shakes though because they don't contain polyols.
