You will both have lost a significant amount, I can promise you, you will be amazed, and it will motivate you to keep going.
Carlos, noticed your goal date is 20th December- if you want a proper Xmas dinner/drink, and not pile on the pounds, I would probably re-feed a couple of days earlier. Just a suggestion. Good luck with your journey.
Good luck for weigh in let us know how you get on. Bet you'll be at goal before December either way I think Liz has given good advice to refeed sooner if your planning on eating and drinking over christmas. That way you'll be sure not to pile on what you've worked hard to lose.
I am now into week 5 and have lost a total of
Week 1 - 10 lbs
Week 2 - 5 lbs
week 3 - 3lbs
Week 4 - 4 lbs
i am half ways into 5th week and have lost another 2 lbs
Total 24 lbs
Only another 8 lbs to go and hope to have 2 more lost by Mon
I am going to start refeeding next Mon as i am going away for one week.
I hope I can stay focused next week, its more difficult when you are a guest in someones home.
I intend to have 2 sachets/bars a day and one proper meal.
i would be very happy if I held my weight for the week and then i intend to do LT for another 2 weeks to loose the last few pounds
