Have you been a busy bee! Sometimes our lives get in the way of everything! Then it's rubbish! I hope you're ok though as I know you are a busy bee :)

Have a look through a mag, get on the Internet and get motivated :D hope you're ok!!

Hello everyone who still reads this :D

I am sick of making promises that this is the time I will get to goal... I'm sure u are all sick of reading it! It's been over 12 months since I started last April just after my birthday... And by June/July I had lost nearly 3 stone... Since then I have been up and down like a yo-to and have never broken the 3 stone barrier!

A lot of very inspirational period have lost a lot of weight... And I want to be one of them!

So I am not promising to be perfect or to lose every week coz I have a lot of festivals and weddings coming up....

But I am promising to try harder... To think twice and to exercise when I can...

So to remotivate here are my diet reasons:
1. To be able to shop in normal shops
2. To be able to wear the latest fashion
3. To feel confident
4. To love myself
5. To not have to wear leggings and cardigans in summer (with no sore legs and bingo wings)
6. To never avoid going our coz I hate myself
7. To never want to stay in bed because I can't bear another day feel uncomfortable in my own skin
8. To feel like I deserve someone to love

That will do for now....

And my upcoming goals now:
1. Wedding in 7 weeks - 1 stone off would be fab
2. Start uni in 12 weeks - to be 16 stone 7
3. NYE in 29 weeks - to be 14 stone 0
4. My 28th Bday in 43 weeks - to be 12 stone 7
5. Summer 2012 - Goal

I will take it 7lbs at a time and will treat myself for every 7lbs :) so its 5.5 from now for a treat :D

Here are some pics of me aged 18 and weighing around about my goal weight of 9 stone 4 (12-14 on bottom and 8-10 on top) xxx
 
Well it's day 1 and I dragged my lazy fat arse out of bed and I'm waking to work for the first time in months :D Hopefully I can keep it up :) and got my food planned so here goes :) x

You can keep it up and you CAN do this :)

I'm Lucy, ive been on weightwatchers for a while, but havent started my dairy yet. just read through yours, 9hope you dont mind!) and you have done so so well, especailly with what you cope with! like your job and things!
if its one thing i have learnt since starting dieting, is to not wait untill your thin to live your life.. life is for living and it is happening now, so dont think you wont be loved until you are thin, because there is someone out there for you :)
you have done amazing so far! and your doing so well so keep it up! and be happy and live your life, and dont let the diet take over1 because i have noticed in some of your posts you have seemed a little sad. dieting is stressful, but with all the support on here, and family and friends you will be fine and just have to forget about the past and look to whats happening now, youve taken control, so thats brilliant, and you will get there in no time now! especially with the amount of exercise you do! (im rubbish with exerceise!) and it looks like you are really motivated!!

Why is this blasted diet malarkey so hard?! Lol!

Wish I had no appetite and didn't live for choc lol

I am trying to live my life but I do feel like its on hold till I lose weight... I still socialise but as you said I defo don't think I will find someone... Hmmm x
 
Course you will find someone hun :) your lovely!
Yeah! They do make it reallllly hard don't they!! And i get so annoyed that it takes ages to lose weight but it takes only a day to put on! So annoying!! But we will deffo get there!
And by Christmas hopefully we will be nearer or at our goals :)
But sometimes I really do find it so hard and want to binge! But just need to remember why we are doing this and how we will feel when we get there!

Thanks darling :D it is so hard to get bk into it... But when u get back to eating and exercise it is much easier after a week or two!! :) and I defo gain easier than losing!!

I dragged my lazy arse to body pump at gym :) x

Good work on the exercise Carly, fab start! I've been super lazy this week :(
If you get time you should start posting your food diaries again, i miss them, you always used to find the best snacks for pp!! x
