    Tuesday 14th March

    Breakfast
    2 Fruit Ryvita (HEB) Light Laughing cow(HEA)

    Lunch
    Jacket Potato with 2 Light Laughing cow(HEA)

    Dinner
    Pork Chop, Brocoli, carrots, mushrooms and sw Chips

    Snacks
    Fresh Fruit pot - Apple, Pineaple and grapes
    Seafood Sticks
    1 Light Laughing cow (HEA)

    Syns
    Apple sauce (2 spoons) - 2
    2/3 of a Rice Krispies Square (Marshmellow) - 4

    Thanks, Im really enjoying it too which makes a change from any other diet I've done! Got my first 1/2 st last night so really pleased xxx
