Breakfast - Soya Milk Latte 2 points

Lunch - Wrap with tomatoes,onion, lettuce and chicken and extra light mayo 4 points

Velvet Crunch - 1 1/2 points

330 pm - Large Orange - 1 point

Dinner - M&S Lasange 6 1/2 points
approx 8 oven chips 3 points

Total 18 Points
Allowed 20 points

I feel like ive eaten to much today???? but still 2 points left

hi, did you loose weight on first weigh in? i find i need variety in what i eat - get bored with the same things every day, find the ww tuna and mayo, and tuna with tomatoe and herb great on pitta bread or toast for a change with a bit of lettuce as a filler

lol first day back on it, i lost 2 stone yrs ago with W watchers and left and put it back on :( I find it hard to get to the weigh ins with my job and course, i even tried to get it to my job but not enough interest. So i found this website and i cant believe how encouraging everyone is so im going to give it a shot again :D

yea the weight watchers tuna and tomatoes is a nice low point filler for sure

o gees! lol, thought u were being weighed on the 21st, ya hard to get back on track isn't it, trouble is we love the grub too much, i really started cutting out the rubbish on the first day back at work on jan 5th, but i'll tell u everyday over the xmas it was a bag of crisps and a mince pie! not really so much into the chocs and sweets more the savoury things. anyway support all round, i have just posted my menu plan for tomorrow on prev thread - hope it works - watch this space, i started salsa slims on monday just for a change and if i find i'm not sticking to my own ww plan i'll have to join a ww class. best of luck to you. :)

oh better change that, ha i was on Celebrity Slim but as always failed. This is my first day back writing down what i eat. im the same, im going to try doing it on my own, best of luck to u 2 :D

hi caroline, how has your day been, mine - i pretty much stuck to my plan except for that one small slice of choc cake, someone's birthday at work! but it was the smallest plan, was relieved when i came home and there was only 1 potatoe left, so i bulked up the salmon with loads of carrots and green beans! must start planning tomorrow. family pulling at me at home now to watch a dvd. so tune in again later.

im finding it very hard at the weekends for any type of diet, :( im going to start again today, i had a takeaway yesterday and a few snacks. so starting back today. thanks everyone for the support, nice to meet u all :D

hi caroline, you can also look at it like everyday is a new start! its the interruptions that allow us go funny. After i had my dinner last nite everything going ok my friend rang would i go out with her, so off with me - 5 bacardi and diet 7 up later i got home feeing 'peckish' so it was cheese on toast and a bag of low fat crisps!! so got up had the porridge again this morning, had to go to a family gathering then but i had soup and roll no butter, 2 chicken goujons, 2 onion rings and about 3 small coctail sandwiches and i'll tell you it could have been a lot worse. i passed on all the desserts, so i'm back home planning dinner, striploin steak, broccolli, green beans and poss 1 potatoe from the micro cause if i start boiling them i know i'll have more than 1. Have drink 1 litre of water already today so i will get another one into me too. so it's happens to all of us, just pick up, dust off and start again. ------- dancing tomorrow nite----& weigh in.
