Caroline's refeed.

I feel really bloated today, I think it is from the alcohol last night.

Breakfast: Vanilla shake and a baby banana. (to help me feel better!)
Lunch: Bagel with quorn ham slices and tomatoes.
Shape yoghurt.
Dinner: quorn spaghetti ( 4oz cooked) bolognese with garlic, mushrooms and onions. Low fat sauce.

I will probably have an apple and possibly another baby banana tonight.
I am so happy to have done a week refeed and I think next week will be much of the same with maybe a bit of variation!

You will probably feel better tomorrow.
I have to be careful, if I drink too much I just crave carbs the next day, I could eat toast until it comes out my ears when I have a hangover, and when the craving for toast goes, in comes the craving for chocolate.

Id love to try quorn products, are they expensive?
 
I crave doritos with a hangover or a crisp sandwich! Pizzas usually work too! I'm hungry now, lol!
Quorn is lovely and supermarkets often have specials on so just look out for their offers. x
