Hi guys

As with most of my best laid plans by the time saturday came i still hadn't gotten round to doing any shopping so i only started this morning but so far so good! I got a jacket potato for lunch but a mate went out to get it for me and she fetched it back covered in cheese which i'm guessing is not the low fat kind! Luckily she had remembered me saying no to butter! So i'm not sure how many units i'll have to allow for that just yet but so far i've only had 1 unit so i'm going great guns for now!
