Hi guys,

Today marks a fresh start!

Perhaps by going it alone I may be able to spur myself on - I am doing this for me.

I think going to group was good, but for me, it was about losing weight so I wasn't embarrassed, not about losing weight because I want to be healthier and look better.

So, attempt two will commence today - detox!

Your help and kind wishes are always welcome - this forum is amazing!

Monday 19th July - Extra Easy

Breakfast - 2 clementines, 2 plums, a pear

Lunch - rice, broccoli, sweetcorn, carrots, mackerel, tea

Dinner - baked smoked cobbler, oxo cube, new potatoes, broccoli, carrots, sweetcorn, green beans

Snacks - mango, 28g Weetabix minis and Ryvita wholegrain crackerbread (HEXB), tea

Syns: 0 and HEXA and HEXB

Dont forget your HeA and HeB and any syns Hun. Also you need to "bulk" out what you are eating, have a look at my food diary to give you some idea and I have a gastric band fitted!

Hiya,

Thanks for the tip! I forgot my HEXB! I'm using my HEXA for milk for tea and I may use the rest later with some weetabix (HEXB) as a late snack :)

Tuesday 20th July - Extra Easy

Breakfast - orange (first one I've had in years!), clementine, 2 plums, pear, one segment of grapefruit, Activia FF yoghurt (which I didn't like - WW ftw!)

Lunch - Jacket potato with tuna mayo (1.5 syns), side salad of grated carrots, yellow peppers and cucumber

Dinner (plan) - cobbler, SW chips, broccoli, sweetcorn, carrots, garlic puree (1 syn)

Snacks - punnet of strawberries, ryvita wholegrain crackerbread (1 syn), 250ml ss milk (HEXA), Kellogg's Fibre Plus Bar (HEXB), skips (4 syns), a few sips of champagne (2 syns, just in case)

Syns: 9.5 used and HEXA and HEXB

60.5 syns left for the week - may be needed tomorrow and on Saturday!!!

Wednesday 21st July - Extra Easy (plan) - the conference

Breakfast - squash, scrambled eggs, beans, nectarine

Lunch - smoked salmon with some sort of sauce on it, mozzarella balls, turkey breast, potato salad with mayonnaise dressing, strawberries, pineapple, melon, plum

Dinner - jacket potato with beans, nectarine, pear, 2 plums

Snacks - Kellogg's Fibre Plus Bar (HEXB), WW toffee yoghurt

Syns used - quite a lot! Estimating it at 20 syns, it wasn't a lot of food in quantity, appetite isn't that big because I'm ill with a horrible summer cold

Breakfast - nectarine, plum, banana, pear, orange, squash

Lunch - savoury rice, broccoli, carrots, corn on the cob, baked cobbler

Dinner - Jacket potato, tuna, mayonnaise (1.5 syns)

Snacks - 2 WW yoghurts, mango, 2 weetabix, (HEXB) ss milk (HEXA), half a grapefruit, handful of grapes, Velvet Crunch (4 syns), wafer thin ham

Friday 23rd July - Extra Easy

Breakfast - nectarine, banana, orange, squash

Lunch - smoked haddock, potatoes, broccoli, peppers, corn on the cob, a forkful of mince (couldn't resist!)

Dinner - nectarine, WW yoghurt, left over potatoes, corn on the cob

Supper - pasta, mince, passata

Snacks - WW yoghurt, Skips x 2 (8 syns), cous cous, bovril, Fibre Plus Bar (HEXB), Animal bar (5 syns),

Syns: 13 syns and HEXA and HEXB

Argh, what a bad day - constantly hungry, because I didn't plan! Back on plan tomorrow!

I've not set myself a strict water challenge for this week as it is fishy week, but I am definitely drinking more! We'll see how it goes, hopefully coupled together, I should be on track for a reasonable loss!

How about you, did you do it last week?

Dinner - seasoned cobbler, broccoli, onions, red peppers, carrots, green beans, strawberries,

Snacks - strawberries, pear, mango, 2 clementines, Fibre Plus Bar (HEXB), 5 cauldron falafels (5 syns), 2 WW yoghurt, Animal Bar (5 syns), tea

I lost 3lbs! And went to see Inception - what a film! Hence all the junk food - back on track tomorrow!

Tuesday 27th July - Green

Breakfast - banana, clementines, squash

Lunch - LF Super Noodles, grated carrot, Coco Rocks bar (4 syns), Diet Coke

Dinner - jacket potato, beans, 28g RF cheese

Snacks - thin slice of banana, lavender and currant cake (counting it at 10 syns), 2 plums, Fibre Plus Bar (HEXA), 2 Diet Pepsi, herbal tea, fruit salad

Syns: 14 syns and 1/2 HEXA

So, my godfather came to visit - wasn't expecting the lovely, delicous cake he brought...I had a thin slice of it, counting it at 10 syns!

Back on track tomorrow!!!!
