Lunch!

Warburtons square wrap with smoked ham, spring onion, tomato, rocket salad and grilled halloumi cheese... At 10pp Its higher pp's than id normally have for lunch but well worth it!

Looks yum! Sometimes it's worth having something higher!On a bit of a budget right now but by the end September it should be ok so might vary things more then :0)

Ignore that!! Love halloumi... Got in on my tea.. Spinach & ricotta tortellini topped with rocket & halloumi in a tomato & garlic sauce with mushrooms 14pp.. Absolute yum x

My dinner tonight, not as nice looking as yours, Chicken breast, carrots, fine beans, red pepper, all done in a maggi so juicy oven bag, with baby potatoes.. All for 9pp! Really Yummy :) xx
 
So had managed to avoid doing Level one, day four of the shred today, until my 13 year old daughter came in from her dancing class and insisted I do it and she'd be my 'cheer leader'... Haha... So off to do the shred now, I'll be thankful that I've done it after the fact!

Hi, Congrats on being so committed and for kicking that guy to the kerb - that takes strength which I really admire. I envy you your dedication as I cannot seem to bring myself to follow it properly and keep eating into my weeklies (& then some!!) I really want to lose a stone and a half but I am finding the new pro points hard to get used to. Hoping it gets easier. I am 3 weeks in and I have only lost 4 pounds (1 of which I am sure I have gained back after a rather indulgent night lastnight watching my wedding video with my mum and a bottle or 2 of wine! :)

Hey, thank you :) I'm really enjoying WW, I think it's because I've literally thrown myself into it and mu exercise to forget my ex. Usually when I get my teeth into something I can become rather obsessed until I get to where I want to be... :)

Ooooh ..... I love a glass of wine. Wine was and probably still is one of my big weaknesses, there was a point I was practically drinking a bottle a night, mostly to cope with the ex's treatment of me. I didn't really realise how it contributed to my weight gain... :-( I literally had to talk myself out of opening a bottle last night... Im getting better and can open a bottle without feeling I have to finish it!

Anyway, as long as the weights coming off, and it's moving in the right direction, then we should be happy, and if we have a bad week, it's ok as long as we don't let it spoil the following week. I used to be terrible for that, ''oh well I've ruined it now by having that biscuit, I may as well have ten more...'' then totally beat myself up about it! :-/

Anyhoo, sorry for chattering on... I'm sure it won't be as bad as you think on the scales this week, good luck and let us know how ur getting on :-D

That's me just back in from my run, felt great tonight and took 8 seconds off time. Can actually feel my legs getting stronger, dunno if that's due to the shred, or just down to my running!? Who knows, feels great anyway...

Just having some soup and a WW petit pan for dinner tonight, forgot to lift out my fish to defrost and I'm not very hungry.

Other than that, bath and reasonably early bed for moi tonight :) hope everyone is doing well and are happy and content tonight. :) xx

Woke up with my tummy in knots because it's weigh in day today!! :-( just praying I've lost something this week cos I've been 100%... I'll be so disappointed if I stay the same again!! :-/

Thanks a mil. Was out lastnight for my husbands birthday - only had 2 drinks and a lowfat option at dinner - the guilt for the 4 drinks the night before and the yummy food I ate kept me on track I think :) Thanks for replying and for the encouragement its great to have a forum like this to vent and get tips etc. Happy pointing and talk soon :)
