Catherines Food Diary - Now or Never!

So basically I did slimming world last year and managed to lose 1 Stone 1Lb in 3 months and was over the moon, unfortunately after bagging my dream guy and a holiday in Turkey I managed to gradually pile back on the weight and just couldn't keep it off, I now weigh 14 Stone and am fed up so now, after a year with being with Mr right I want to show him his sexy slim confident girlfriend is still here somewhere as well as being fit and healthy for myself :) I am doing slimming world from home as I got fed up with our leader chopping and changing! So here goes, wish me luck ) thanks for reading! <3
 
Day 1: 27th July 2012

Free Food: chicken, baked beans, jacket potato, lasagne sheets, fat free yoghurt, mince

Super-Free Food: banana, satsumas, apple, garlic, onion, passata, nectarine, strawberries, rasberries

HxA: 30g Cheddar
HxB: 60g Dried Apricots

Syns: Kellogg's Cereal Bar (4), 4 marshmallows (4), 3 tbsp single cream (3), 1 tbsp tomato ketchup (1)

Total syns for the day: 12
Syns left for the week: 93
 
Day 2: 28th July 2012

Free Food: cheese and brocli pasta n sauce, ham, pork, diet coke, dry mashed potatos

Super Free Food: satsumas, banana, grapes, onion, tomatos, nectarine

HxB 2 w/meal bread (400g Loaf)

Syns: Chocolate Philidelphia (4), Kellogg's Cereal Bar (4.5), Dairy Milk Buttons Treat Size (4), S/W fairy cake (1.5)

Day 3 28th July 2012

Free Food: sweetner, diet coke, flavoured water, chicken, mixed beans, potato

Super Free Food: apple, strawberries, grapes, tomatos, garlic, carrot, peas, onion

Day 4: weighed in today just because the ocd inside me likes to start things on a Monday! And I lost 3lb!
HOWEVER, with no food except cr*p for my boyfriend and step dad I went on a huge binge and ate more than a weeks worth of syns!
Has anyone else ever hinged like this? Feeling hugely guilty :( back on it tomorrow for "week 2"

Day 5

Had a rubbish day at work today and back there tomorrow, however it seems to have made me more motivated and today is another new day for the lifestyle change!

Free Foods: Superfree Noodles, Rice, Beef
Super Free Foods: Apple, Banana, Grapes, Onion, Garlic, Peppers

HxA: 250 ml milk
HxB: 2 W/Meal toast from a 400g load

Syns: 2 tsp light butter (2), mini milkyway (4), mini mars (4.5)
Total Syns: 10.5

AND..BEFORE WORK TODAY, I DID 20 MINUTES ON JUST DANCE AND WALKED FOR 30 MINS SO IM HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY :)
