Hi all, i restarted sw on tuesday, ive lose (40 odd lbs already - doing a vlcd and not sticking to it- taken 2 years to loose that much)
So here i am, i weighted in at 11.10 on tuesday and my goal is to be around 9-9.5 ish but really a comfortable size 10-12 (currently a 14)
i thought it might help me to have a diary going on so i can see (and so can everyone else) if im doing it right or wrong lol (hopefully right)
So tuesday i had 3xbananas for lunch (was all i had in the house before meal planning and shopping)
then i had syn free stuffed peppers for dinner, the peppers and onions being my 1/3 super free
and Eton mess for dessert
which was strawberrys, merange, strawberry muller light and 1/4 flake (total 6.5 syns) and i snacked on grapes during the afternoon/evening.
HEA - MILK
HEB - NONE
SYNS - 6.5
