Well, just another 1lb down again this week but its another pound off. Counting down to hols now, 3 weeks to go, just hoping I can more or less maintain whilst I'm away... Pretty chuffed though, all clothes now size 16, a great achievement for me. Actually one dress is a 14, but its a loose one not fitted.. LOL! but I can now say I got into a 14.
