hi all me again- sorry to be a pain!

i have the 2009 food directory and i was looking up tesco light choices cauliflower cheese and it says only 3 syns for the 500g pack!! can someone double check this is still the same as it seems too good to be true this is my favoritest thing ever and not had it in months!

Can only find this online, smaller pack and more syns. 500g Pack not on there.
