Cauliflower rice

Sorry to be so dim, but is the caully cooked or raw! I am guessing it's cooked al dente, but would like to be sure.

Very timely post Michelle, as I was just wondering what the hell cauli rice is too!! Of course I get cauli mash (yum) mmmmm so will wait for your answers.

I think you grate the cauli then put in microwave bowl with water and cook in microwave

I tried it for the firsts time yesterday with a curry. I read that some people micro wave it but i don't have a micro wave. So what i did is grated the cauliflower on my cheese grater then put it in my steamer pot over some boiling water, sprinkled a little salt and thats it. Cooked it till al dente then added little butter personal taste.
I was very surprised but its is quite yummy!

I grate it and zap for 2-3 minutes with a dollop of butter
