Oh dear, managed to last till tea-time. I was starving hungry looking at my little ones eat their dinner and then I scoffed what they left. However, my tummy felt so much better after having some real food (Know I shouldn't have said that!)

I hope it hasn't done any damage, but as of yesterday I haven't lost anything anyway despite being 100%.

I just hope that was a mental blip and I can carry on.

You can't change what has happened, but you can let it affect you and just keep on eating....

You know you don't want to. There are bound to be blips along the way, but the path to success is how we deal with them. Get back to it and learn from the experience.

Good luck - look forward to hearing from you tomorrow telling us all your back with it and even more detirmined...

Don't worry just get back on it and you will be fine. We all go through it and it's bloody hard. I know I shouldn't tell you but if you do feel the need again to eat and it really gets to much just stick to protein as this will still keep you in ketosis. Sorry !!!! i'll get barred for food talk now lol!

If youre suffering with your tummy, you can go to the chemist and ask for something for nausea. For heartburn I know you can get Gaviscon without sugar and for nausea I think its zantac, might have to recheck this but I know theres something that you can get and its allowed,it was mentioned in other threads. Its easy to blip on lipo, not advisable but not end of world either. Just dont give up, thats what I did last time with my blip, we're all human, forgive yourself and move on xx
