cayenne pepper - yay or no

Bearing in mind I have just had to sprinkle about half a teaspoon into a very unpalatable brocolli and cheese soup to get it down.
This is my 5th day SS, and totally new to the diet.
Please tell me I haven't wrecked my diet already :confused:

Any Seasoning is ok or Herbs and spices. try chilli powder or even Curry powder. Tabasco sauce or hot pepper sauce just check the label most should not have sugar in them.
 
I have to put half a tea spoon of boullion in chicken amd mush soup.
