Caz's Week 12 Weigh-in (re-feed week)

    So... as the title says this week was week 12 and it was also my re-feed week.

    The decision to re-feed was made after three difficult weeks where I just couldn't dip below 12st.

    Lets just say I am over the moon to have carried on losing and have this week lost another 2lb... so although the loss this week is another small one it adds up to 8lb in the last four weeks which is still going in the right direction.

    I'll post more about my re-feed week in the re-feed thread.

    Well done you!! I'm just a week ahead of you and have also found my last few weeks slow, just losing 9.2lbs in 5 weeks. However, again like you, I've suddenly found this week that I'm losing again - I think I'll be on track for 3lbs off next weigh in! 5lbs to go is amazing, well done!
