I am about to start this and have a few questions!
Can I add anything to it and substitute anything or do I just eat what is in my book?
My book is an old one so can anyone tell me what is in version 3.3?
Plain pasta and tuna/chicken doesnt sound appetising at all really and I want to vary, otherwise Ill end up with jacket and cottage cheese for 2 weeks!
Can anyone suggest anything???
Oh, and can I have granulated sweetner yet?? (bit scared about shredded wheat and porridge without lol!)
