CD 1000 Help required

I am about to start this and have a few questions!

Can I add anything to it and substitute anything or do I just eat what is in my book?

My book is an old one so can anyone tell me what is in version 3.3?

Plain pasta and tuna/chicken doesnt sound appetising at all really and I want to vary, otherwise Ill end up with jacket and cottage cheese for 2 weeks!

Can anyone suggest anything???

Oh, and can I have granulated sweetner yet?? (bit scared about shredded wheat and porridge without lol!)

Okay, new version of book for 1000cal...

Dinner:
40g of brown/basmati rice, cous cous or wholemeal pasta.
Or 150g sweet potato, 100g baked potato, 200g new potato.

Add:
175g chicken or turkey breast
275g white fish
275g quorn
260g 5% fat plain cottage cheese
330g less than 2% fat cottage cheese

Plus:
a portion of veg or salad from lunch menu

Add:
Fruit up to 50kcal from breakfast menu

Does that help? I hope it does! I'm a cdc, and, personally, I think that granulated sweetener wouldn't hurt at all once you're on 1,000 cals. :) I too couldn't think of eating porridge without it!

Im not really planning to lose that much more tbh, Im quite happy although if another 2lbs dropped off Id be ok with that!! On 1000 cal I think most people lose weight still so Im just sort of finding my feet in maintenece at the moment. Ive done aam and 790 and my bmi is about 25 ish at the mo and Im really pleased with that, it was 38 when I started in July

Oh Thanks Jo you are a star, Think I might look for some Low Carb/cal mayo, just for a teaspoon in the tuna and pasta  Dya think I could be ok on that or just stick to plain??

Bought some WW mayo, also the cottage cheese I have contains onions, howevger, it was lower in fat, carbs and cals then the other one!!! Less than 1% fat for both but the onion one was lower than the plain, will this be ok??
