I lost 7 stone in about 8 months during 2006. When I came off CD I started running and I now run 2 - 3 times a week. During 2007 - 08 I put on about 3 stone :sigh: despite keeping up with the exercise. I haven't put any more weight on in the last twelve months but haven't managed to get rid of any either!

I have 2 months until my holiday and I am seriously thinking of giving CD another go, my concern is whether I will be able to run without feeling dizzy etc. Does anyone else exercise on CD and is it okay?

    Thanks everyone :)

I'm no expert, so I hope a CDC can inform better than I can...

However, I was kind of under the impression that if you do lots of exercise before, than you will be ok carrying on. How about doing 810 rather than SS? If you're running then you'll be burning a lot of calories off anyway, and 810 might give you the extra bit you need to keep up your running.

Congrats on losing the weight AND keeping up and exercise regime!

it says on the CD web page that you can carry on if you were already doing exercise - i was doing a lot before i started and did find it hard when i started ss+ but am now on 810 and feel great.
