I lost 7 stone in about 8 months during 2006. When I came off CD I started running and I now run 2 - 3 times a week. During 2007 - 08 I put on about 3 stone :sigh: despite keeping up with the exercise. I haven't put any more weight on in the last twelve months but haven't managed to get rid of any either!
I have 2 months until my holiday and I am seriously thinking of giving CD another go, my concern is whether I will be able to run without feeling dizzy etc. Does anyone else exercise on CD and is it okay?
