Yes, it can play havoc with your cycle... fat cells burn & release hormones into bloodstream which sends your cycle all over the place... I had no totm for 2 months, then 2 in 3 weeks, then another big gap & so on... it's part of the deal, alas.

Hehe I was in ur boat 2 weeks ago. But thankfully for me I started last a few days ago. Its never happened to me b4 but seems like it happens to quite a few people. xx
