day 4 of cd feeling so good today:)no hunger yay.kind of wish i knew not to eat carbs before i started the diet as the last 3 day were harsh.im on ss and was wondering if anyone else is doing exercise?my cdc told me not to do any cardio,can do yoga etc...

Hey, glad your feeling better today, I'm on day 4 aswell and today is much better for me too. I think yoga would be fine :) I've been swimming once this week, and went out for walks and things, just light exercise.

day 5 full of energy,even baked a cake for the kids at 9 this morning.really wanted a kebab last night dont know why cause i wasn't hungry think its just a habbit saturday night takeaways.Had a shake at 11 another at 3 and last 1 at 7.think i'll try some soup next week any ideas on which 1's are nice?

know what you mean about the weekend takeaways! was a weird first weekend lol. Ive had the leak and potato soup which tasted like leak and potato soup but the texture was alot thinner! And ive had spicey tomato soup which was fine... I'm not really a fan of the savoury things of cambridge.. at this rate im gonna be living on only chocolate shakes next week lol..glad your full of energy today! :)

ohh might try the spicey tomato soup that sounds nice.im the opposite im not to keen on sweet things although the choc mint shake is lush i have this warm in the evening.the funniest thing about the takeaways is i hate kebabs usually but since ive been on this thats all ive wanted lol.hope you feeling good today :)

yeah I had that too with onion rings! I've only ever had onion rings once and that was a couple of years ago and I never even liked them.. then the other day, they were the only thing on my mind lol!
yeah I'm feeling great today, much better than the last few days! and don't feel hungry which is weird lol.. i'm actually having to remind myself to have a shake! Can't wait for first weigh in, will def pop by and see how you get on!
