    Hello to all, :eek:
    I'm a CD returner, last year i've lost about 3 stones but now i've put back 5 stones which is a shame :cry:. I want to restart this diet again but everyday I think i Would start it tomorrow and that day never came. i'm really determined now but still need some encouragement and help from the people who are doing it. I'm gona post my weigh in every week to keep me motvated. any help would wonderful.

    Good Luck. You really need to stick to the day you plan on starting, putting it off and off, really is the hardest part, soon as you are in ketosis its the easy part, having been the same as you, I done it before, lost a few, gained a few more, this is the last time im planning on doing cd!

    Keep posting on here, and keep yourself busy xx

    Hi wwld,
    thanks for ur support, i've tried to stick into but could,t but i'm still determined to do it . Today so far no cheating and i'm determined not to. Last week ini result came up and got really good marks and transffered into Phramacy which i always wanted to do, so had treat with family. But I've got one more reason to lose weight as i want to start uni with my new weight.

    week 1 - without cheating
    weak 2- lose
