Remember y u started. I have cut a picture of a slim body from a magazine and stuck my head on it and then stuck my 'fat' me pic next to it and when I feel like going to the fridge for anything other than water i look and know which 1 I prefer.
It reminds me of y i'm doing it.. have lost 4lb with ww in 3 wks hoping for better results on this I know I can do it.
