Today I want to celebrate my 26 pounds lost, and my 50 days of weightloss with Linda Spangle. What do you want to celebrate today ?
PS oh and my 12 days "Jillian shred" new body too....

i celebrated with new clothes for holiday felt amazing buying a size 8/10.
when i get to target i'm treating myself to the beauty works and a boudior photoshoot. had one before and loved it but always vowed i would have it done at target

Im going to celebrate tomorrow or hopefully on sunday when I reach my 35 pound loss.

I have yet to decide what to do though!

ive just completed day 5 of shred - how hard is level 2?? have you noticed shred making a difference? xx

Shred 2 is fine also. Less challenging than shred 1 I guess....but involves new muscles.

i struggle with level 2 couldn't do some of the exercises
