Yesterday (Friday 8th Jan)

Extra Easy

Breakfast
Alpen cereal (Hex B), soya milk (Hex A) and a banana

Morning snack
1 and a half rich tea biscuits (3 syns), apple and muller light

Lunch
Butternut squash soup

Afternoon snack
Veggie sticks dripped in Kraft light french dressing

Supper
Cup of tomato soup to start, followed by chicken and rice stirfried with lots of yummy veg

Evening snack
Crunchie (9.5 syns) :D

Am I doing it right? :eek: For supper, the veggies took up 1/3 of my plate. Neither of the soups contained any potato, they were all 100% superfree.

Chopped banana and raspberries mixed with natural white yoghurt

Handful of grapes
Alpen Light (3 syns)

Jacket potato with reduced fat cheese (Hex A) and baked beans and salad

Afternoon snack
Activa FF peach yoghurt
Apple

Supper
Cup of tomato soup
Spaghetti bake with tuna and veggies

Evening snack
4 Teso light choices pancakes (12 syns)
