    Want to try and keep a diary to keep me on Track. Have put this up on my frige for a week and it is quite helpful...

    So starting today Tuesday:

    Breakfast:
    2 Nimble (hexb)
    Spread (tiny amount) 2 syns?
    2 poached eggs

    Tea with skimmed milk
    Alpen light bar (hexb)

    Lunch:
    Jacket potato
    spread (which i didnt ask for) 2 syns?
    Beans
    Diet coke

    Tea with skimmed milk
    alpen light

    Dinner:
    Quorn chilli
    SW Chips

    Evening
    Muller light
