Does anyone fancy doing a weight loss challenge to keep us going strong.

I know I have only started this week but do enjoy a challenge.

There is one on rosemary conley board for 2 stone by xmas!

Any ideas and anybody up for running it! I don't mind running it if no-one else offers.

If Xmas seems too far away how about a haloween challenge.

Going from Monday Haloween is about 11 weeks away and xmas is 19 weeks away.

What does anyone think is a realistic loss for me. Ideally I would like to loose 2 stone by haloween and 3 by xmas. (more would be better)

yep - i'd be up for it too - count me in - hallowen and Xmas would be good targets, how about one more before just to keep us focused for about 5 weeks - maybe an "end of summer target??!1"

Hi I've just started SW on Monday I'd love to join your challenge and loose a stone by the end of summer ! Realistically though half a stone would do me.

I'll join!! I think 7lb for 5 weeks is a good start. People could set their own targets though so that everyone doesn't have to hit the same loss. Or did you plan on doing this anyway?

I would like to join in too please!! Going on holiday on 7th September, which is 4 weeks away, and have 7lbs left to lose, its going to be tough as i cant seem to shift it, might have a go at fast forward for 2 weeks to see if i can get rid of it - has anyone else actually tried it yet?? x

I have never ran a challenge before......

Loads of replies I better get busy hadn't I! I will do a list of who is on the challenge!

How about we have 3 stages:

Stage 1 upto 17 September 5 weeks on Monday
Stage 2 Haloween week 29 October 6 weeks after
Stage 3 Christmas week 24 December 8 weeks after

The challenge will start from Monday coming, so for instance I weigh in on Monday evening so my first week will be posted on Tuesday (hopefully a decent loss as I am on week 1). So post any losses next week.

For now can you please post your weigh in day and your target loss for the stages. Just do stage 1 for now if you want which is 5 weeks.

I will start off:

Username: Wobbly 71
Weigh day: Monday evening
Start weight: 17 stone 2 pound - you don't need this!!
Target loss Stage 1: 14 pounds

I will get it all sorted over the weekend.

Good luck everyone including me we can do this the sensible way!!

As from today i thought foodfairy...i have been good so far, 2 slices of wholemeal toast and a massive bowl of melon...that should do me till lunch!!
