change in diet (sorry some toileting talk in this)

wanted to see if anyone had any similar happen to them when they changed their diet (healthier)

Anyway here goes sorry in advance, I started ww pro points diet last Thurs, after not eating healthy for years except when I try and diet :rolleyes:

I haven't eaten fruit in ages till last wk now I have at least my 5 aday and have changed breads, rices, pasta to wholemeal so getting lots of fibre, anyway most of this evening my stomach has been rumbling (not hungry far from it) and I keep having to dash to the loo tmi sorry, I am putting this down to the fibre increas and obvs eating fruit & veg as well as drinking more water, as I don't feel ill or like I'm getting ill and I haven't eaten anything bad.

Anyone else had this or is it just me? lol sorry again for the detail

It's probably the sudden increase in fiber which is also in fruits and vegetables. You should get used to it eventually!

I was like that when I first started.... It will level out.... Better out than in anyways.....lol
