Green Days Change of Plan

Hi all this is my very first post, joined SW again, put on 1 lb my first week lost 2 this week but was kinda disappointed at that, really thought it would be more, stuck to plan 100%, i did extra easy but thinking of going green, i dont eat alot of meat anyway and could honestly live off of Quorn, anyone have any tips or nice recipes they could share? Thanks :)

My current green day fave is SW carbonara with mushrooms, red onion and peppers using bacon has HEXB. Sauce made with quark, egg yolks, splash of HEXA milk and lots of salt and pepper. Delish!

How about...

Baked beam lasange
Quorn lasange/chilli/bolognaise
Quorn meatballs with pasta and a homemade sauce
Good old baked potato
Mushroom carbonara
Pasta N Sauce with added veg. (I like the macaroni one with spinich and mushrooms added)
Pizza topped flat mushrooms
Quorn chicken kiev....
