Changes you've noticed?

I get drunk a lot quicker! Which as long as I remember before I drink to much I get messy its a good thing as its cheaper and healthier!

I get really cold at night now! I wake up shivering every night so much so I'm wearing flannel pj's ad added an extra duvet to our bed!!!

I stopped smoking nearly 3 years ago and haven't had a chest infection or cold since.
