changing to online

Hi. Does anyone know if i changed from lifeline to online would i keep what i have recorded so far or would i have to have a completely new membership. Thanks x

I've just done this and unfortunately according to SW there is no way to link the two accounts.

You have to register under a new email addy and start afresh.

To give them credit though they did add two extra weeks onto my subscription for free as they were unable to help.

I asked this a while back too and as above you have to start anew unfortunately. Really sucks and is probably the only reason I'm still bothering with going to proper class as I want my awards to be progressive from start to target.
