changing to SS+.... info please?!?!

Hi everyone.. I lost 12lbs on SS in my frist week which is brilliant!.. but I suffer from terrible migraines anyway and I think they have got worse by the stress of not eating.. so I think I`m going to go on SS+... however will I still have big loses?.... or not as much.. its only a few calories more isnt it!... x thanks

SS+ should give you the same losses as SS. 810 plan gives average losses of 12lb per month, so only 2lb less than SS.

i do ss+and as you can see my losses are a little above average,ive lost 2 st 10lbs in 8 weeks,good luck hun,i find ss+ a god send,
