Hi everyone
I'm back with my tail between my legs. My names Charlene I live in Ireland married with 2 wonderful sons age 4 and 3 since my early twenties I've battled with my weight in 2009 I lost 3 and half stone felt great then fell pregnant twice gained 2st 6lb started stopped restarted stop going to ww class loads of times thinking I can do this on my own and guess what I can't! Joined a lovely group 20 mins drive away with a lovely leader I'm fed up wishing every year that I'd lose this 2st 6lb but each year finishes the same being the same weight as I was the previous Christmas! I'll start n stop throughout the year loos a stone put it on so on so on! I'm hoping this year will be different I want to eat healthy, get fit again and stop giving up if I have a bad week that life and I have to deal with it stop taking the easy way out as it only ends up with me hating myself. I want to be a mum my kids will be proud of I don't want be a mum that is too lazy, tired or feeling sorry for herself thanks to weight issues. I also want to wear lovely summer clothes and not wear oversized tops to cover the belly bum n thighs! I have to work through getting over any bad weeks I have or disappointed that I only lost half a pound!
