Am gonna make a strawberry version next time I think :) maybe add a layer of Choc philli on the top as its so low in syns already!
 
Tuesday 1st May

HEA: skimmed milk, Parmesan
HEB: 2 small slices Wholemeal bread

Toast with tbsp Choc Philly (2) and banana
Summer fruits and ff yogurt

Alpen light (3)
Apple and grapes

Couscous, Quorn and veg
Mullerlight
Small slice cheesecake (1.5) with squirty cream (1)

Bacon and tomato pasta with Parmesan
Banana

Fruit salad with squirty cream (4)
Apple
Mikado (0.5)

Total: 12

Small porridge with banana and summer fruits
2 x Ryvita with tbsp Choc Phili (2)

Subway chicken salad with sweet onion sauce (2)

Mullerlight


Chicken and spinach curry with brown rice
SW onion bhajis


2 mikado (1)
Hazelnut Choc (5)

No weigh in today as I'm away at Center parcs with OH for bank hol as its our 8 year anniversary on Monday :)

Having a fab time! Might WI on tues morning, or maybe leave it till sat - not sure yet. Haven't been naughty and done lots of exercise so there shouldn't be a gain :) also purchased Reebok Easytone walking trainers and have been rambling around the site for miles!

Lots of walking in my new Reebok easy tone trainers! And quad biking - definitely got the heart pumping if that counts?!
 
Sounds a fabulous weekend & silly me forgot you said you were away! Trainers sound lovely, are they like sketchers? Hope you have a great time. X

Yeah they are, were on sale and have heard good things so thought I'd try them. My calves, thighs and bum are aching, and I've walked for longer and not ached so I'm convinced they make a difference! X

Haha, almost! We were 14/15, but our parents tell us we went to the same playgroup when we were toddlers! X
