Hi fellow slimmers,
My names Charlie, I'm 33 and want to lose around a stone and half between today and May! I'm pretty sure that after posting a few days worth of meals some of you will spot something I'm eating I shouldn't be etc so please feel free to jump in and offer words of advice, it's all very much appreciated. I have joined WW online and must admit, the 26 daily allowance is daunting! I think I'll be going hungry :(

So today:
Breakfast 4pp - 2 weetabix and 100ml ss milk.
Lunch 8pp - sandwich with WW bread, salad and wafer thin ham, and WW tomato basil soup.
Snacks 4pp - cherry tomatoes, 20g popped of salted butterkist popcorn

For dinner I'm planning homemade pizza using Warbutons square wrap, passatta, onions, wafer ham and WW cheese
