CHAT ROOM SET TIME

Hey everyone,
you know this chat room- the one where we all keep going to and theres no-one there!!
Well I had an idea !!(me, ideas LOL)
why cant we state a set time - say like 9pm then maybe we could all remember the set time to be there-if we want?
what do you all think?
Is 9pm a good time ?
or is this not a good idea?
