Ugh,
I broke up with my bf and got weighed the next day, lost 14bls which i should have been over the moon about but i was so distracted.
Anyway, long story short, I ate yesterday and today- all atkins style, carb free food- but not small amounts :(
What to do??
My WI is on Thursday, how about I start fresh tomorrow, and change my weight in to Sunday?
Bahhhh!!

I would start fresh today, not tomorrow. Still go for your planned weigh in on Thursday and put the whole thing behind you.

'Pick yourself up, brush yourself off' - you know the old saying. Actually you can't 'cheat' yourself can you ? Most of us have been there for various reason - so get back on now, not tomorrow, and
learn something about yourself and your vunerability and how you cope with pain and hurt - same as I do and many others - but its no comfort at all and that's what we have to learn - the foolishness of useing food for the wrong purpose. Its meant for feeding our bodies not our emotions.
Be strong and love yourself a bit more!

Hey,

Sorry you are going through such a tough time at the moment. I would put the slip up behind you as that is all it is, you have so much going on that it must be really tough. I would start fresh today and go for the usual weigh in, mark the slip up to experiance and remember what your goals are.

Its horrible!!
But i agree with Charlie,start again today and keep thurs as your weigh in day!!

Personally I wouldn't feel too bad. If you've deffinetly ate atkins style food then just start the shakes again ASAP. Dont worry about it too much. Just as long as you did stick to the atkins food and stayed in ketosis. Otherwise it'll be another 4 days before your back in it.

Anyway. Nip to boots, get some ketostix and see if your still in ketosis. If you are, soldier through with the shakes.

Can understand eating after breaking up with your boyfriend though. Luckily (or unluckily) I've been single for a while now and don't have these distractions. haha

You'll get their if your determined though :)

Well i know you're all right!
I'm just not going to eat for the rest of the day as i had a big salad yesterday, I'm defo still in ketosis- my breath tells me so!
Tomorrow back to shakes, i can't wait!
